International Yoga Day (21st June 2024)

Yoga day was celebrated in Adarsh Secondary English Medium School. Students of STD VII participated in the Yoga activity on school ground. First of all the importance of Yoga in our day to day life was explained. Students performed  Surya Namaskar and various Yogasanas under the guidance of Mrs. Trupti Nikam.

Music day was celebrated in school. Students performed various instruments like Harmonium, Guitar, Flute, and Tabla etc. Mrs. Vaishali Deore parent of std VIII S was the Guest for this program. Our music teacher Mrs. Sanika Jain conveyed the importance of the day. Students enjoyed the programme.
