Adarsh Secondary English Medium School recently conducted a workshop on ‘Emotional Regulation after puberty’ for students of 10 std.
Chief Guest Dr. Tanmay Joshi Clinical psychiatrist and Professor of psychology at HPT Arts College, Principal Mrs. Trupti Ahaley, Vice Principal Mr. Bramhankar Sir, Ms.Neha Kulkarni, Ms.Sanika Joshi shared the dias.
The workshop arranged by Unwind’s Chapter Nashik, was based on the emotional regulation after puberty phase. The 3 hours workshop was divided in such a manner for students to get theoretical knowledge later followed by activities integrated to help students cope with a similar situation in the future.
Theoretical foundations were delivered by Dr. Tanmay Joshi who Guided the students about concept of emotion and importance of emotional relatable story.
