Aashadhi Ekadashi Celebration

To make students aware about our rich tradition and culture of Aashadhi Ekadashi, celebration was arranged for Std V and VI. Students dressed up in ‘varkari’ costumes. Girls carried Tulsi plants and boys held the cymbals enchanting the name of “Lord Vitthal”. This act left the audience spellbound. The celebration brought in a feeling of devotion and spirituality amongst the students. On account of Ekadashi there was a Abhang Recitation Competition for Std V and VI students. Mr. Prashant Shendre parent of std VII was invited as a judge for this competition.

The program was conceptualized by the Principal Mrs. Trupti Ahaley & executed by all the class teacher of Std V and V. along with cultural department.
