The International Yoga Day was on 21/06/2022. The class teachers gave the information and importance of the day in their respective classes. Students with the help of teachers performed meditation and some of the yoga exercises. Through meditation and exercise the teachers gave the message of yoga practice which brings together body and peace of mind.
