Our school enthusiastically celebrated ‘Vachan Prerana Divas’ or Reading Day on 15th October, marking the birth anniversary of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, the former President of India, an inspiration to millions.
The event aimed to encourage the habit of reading among students, emphasizing Dr. Kalam’s belief in transformative power of knowledge. Activities included a book exhibition, reading sessions, and students sharing inspiring excerpts from Dr. Kalam’s works, such as Wings of Fire and Ignited Minds.
This celebration not only paid tribute to the visionary leader but also instilled a love for books and learning, aligning with his dream of a knowledgeable and empowered India.
