An awareness session under ‘Aarambh’ an Eco-Friendly Ganesh Festival was organized for Std. 8th on 22nd August 2025 with the objective of promoting sustainable and environmentally responsible practices during the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations.
The session aimed to educate students and the community about the harmful effects of traditional Plaster of Paris (PoP) Idols, chemical paints, and non- biodegradable decorations on our water bodies and environment.
The session was held by Mrs. Smita Kulkarni, Mrs. Ashwini Nyaharkar (Founder), Mrs. Vibha Khot (President), Mrs. Ujwala Bodhale (Vice-President) & Mrs. Manisha Aher.
