Admission & Withdrawal process.

Admission Process –
In the month of January, Prospectus are distributed to the parents according to the age group specific date is allotted for the parent and children to attend the orientation with forms, where the children participates in the activity with the teachers. Parents are given the information about the school rules & regulations. The school is having Modern Infrastructure, Hygienically well equipped Kitchen Aqua guard for drinking water. Sevika’s are helping the students round the clock. The school is having classroom which have audio – visual arrangement for children. It helps in listening, learning by seeing. Toy computers for each child, Sandpit well equipped with games to play, auditorium Hall. Observation book, to have glance on their child’s progress. Parents Co-operation with the Teachers is maintained through meetings for the benefit of their ward.

After the mutual talk with the parents. They are given the dates for the further process in admission to pay the fees. After the Admission clearance later in the month of April parents are given date to take books, Stationary and the rules & Regulation with diaries & I-Card. So that when the school re-opens from the first day itself students are ready with kit to attend the classes.

We are enrolling small kids of 2.5 years for play –Group also. There are 3 sections in Montessori Nursery, Jr.kg. Sr.kg. Each section having 3 divisions Saffron, White, Green colours from our Tricolored flag. Each class is having approximately 40 students.

Withdrawal Process –

Dear Parents,
We thank you for showing interest in your child’s education at our school.

As per the rules, if fees for the year are paid and you wish to withdraw your admission for any unforeseen reason after the academic year has started the fees payable at the beginning of the academic year i.e. One time payable fees & first term payable fees shall not be refunded.

Development Fund – 6000/- (Non – Refundable)

Bus Fund – 1000/- (Non – Refundable)
